As former nannies ourselves, we are genuinely passionate about finding our nannies amazing jobs working with families. We understand the importance of making sure a nanny is the right fit for a family and vice versa, so we've developed a seamless matchmaking process. We want to ensure our nannies to are valued, heard, and appreciated for their hard work and commitment!
Learn About You
All interested candidates will complete an initial online application and resume review. After reviewing your resume and qualifications, we then schedule a phone interview to discuss more in-depth your experience and background. If we feel you would be a potential candidate for representation we will then schedule an in-person interview (or Zoom) to learn more about your personality, overall background and your ideal family and position.
Family + Nanny Matching
We find positions that meet you and the family’s criteria and submit your candidate profile to the family for review.
We Interview You
When a family has expressed interest in meeting you, we coordinate and schedule all the interviews for you. We will provide insight and helpful tips so you can succeed beforehand! Once the interview is finished, we follow up with you and the family on any feedback.
When a family decides to hire you (YAY!), Little Royalty coordinates the specifics of your employment, negotiates your salary and advocates for you to ensure you are getting the royal package.
