Part-Time Nannies will have a predetermined schedule and flexibility to accommodate a schedule when extra help is needed but not at a full-time capacity. Their schedules vary with each family, depending on the family's needs, with a week typically consisting of around 15-30 hours.

RATES

Rates for Part-Time Nannies vary depending on experience, schedule preference and flexibility needed as well as responsibilities required for the role and are in the range of $19 to$28 per hour. Part-Time Nannies will typically receive benefits such as limited paid vacation days in addition to paid holidays/sick days.

SCHEDULES

Newborn Care Specialists typically work either 10-12-hour day or overnight shifts and are hired to provide 5-7 days per week. Terms vary in length between 2 to 16 weeks, depending on your family's needs. Little Royalty recommends booking your Newborn Care Specialist 2-3 months prior to your due date (or as early as possible) as highly experienced candidates book up quickly!

RATES

Rates for Newborn Care Specialists can range from $28 to $40 per hour.

As your infant grows and is ready to transition into part/full-time nanny care, Little Royalty has customized a NICS to Nanny option that offers the Newborn & Infant Care Specialist to provide the support and training to your new nanny so that it is a seamless and consistent transition for baby and family.
